The Babbling Bleating Old Man

Filed under: My Circle of Life

No, I’m not willing to finish
I’m still not finished
On this limitless journey
Look at me, my unstopping feet
Already forgotten where my affairs are

Who can change the length of human life?
Who knows how horrific eternity can be?
Who understands that life is often more ruthless than destiny?
Only that no one is willing to admit defeat

We are both constantly chasing that road, forgetting the way out
Chasing a rare satisfaction in the midst of disappointment
We are both extricating somber bitterness within a dream
Roaming around where the lights end
We can’t reach the destination, back to the origin
Enjoying that unending road

Performing on the whole road, it’s hard not to be confused
Looking back on the whole road, it’s hard to not be numb
On this intimate continuous road
Let me be like you
You are like me
How can this be lonely?

Since there’s no destination, back to the origin
I think we both don’t, dont care
